About MOLLI Residential Program
Sponsored by the MarylandOnline Leadership Institute (MOLLI), is a four-day on-site residential program which provides relevant, just-in-time leadership development and professional growth opportunities for all higher education professionals who lead or support online education initiatives.
The Residential Program is designed to:

Develop and support participants' individual and team leadership skills

Provide participants with the insights and tools to prepare a personal career and leadership plan

Prepare future and current leaders with skills to manage organizational change

Guide participants to define their institution's online learning culture within the wider context of the higher education community

Help participants build a professional network and contribute to community development

Technology leadership for online learning

Leadership in times of disruptive change
Participants

Faculty, librarians, instructional designers, and other higher education professionals whose career focus is in online learning

Professionals at all organizational levels who seek career advancement
Participant Requirements

Attend all sessions of the Institute on site

Participate in pre-Institute activities and a post-Institute activity working with other professionals from across the higher education community
