Kelly Stetka is an Instructional Designer at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Bringing a strong foundation in elementary education and curriculum and instruction, Kelly is dedicated to leveraging leadership skills to help faculty develop engaging and rigorous online courses. Kelly enjoys creating and facilitating professional development sessions, as well as guiding faculty in effectively utilizing elements of the Learning Management System (LMS). Currently, Kelly's research focuses on the crucial topic of digital equity in higher education in Maryland.
