Robyn Alexander has been an education professional for 30 years. Ms. Alexander graduated from Stanford University (English 1991). Her early career focused on organizational dynamics analyses and change management consulting at several Federal agencies and non-profit corporations. Her graduate studies included human resource development theory and practices at George Washington University's School of Education & Human Development, and in 2018 she earned an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology at University of Maryland Global Campus.

 

Robyn joined HCC in December 2020 as a part-time instructional designer. She started her role as a learning designer in the Center for Learning Excellence in July 2023. At the CLE, she provides faculty professional development, especially in support of teaching and learning strategies for online and in-person classes. She also researches educational technologies and their impacts on student learning.
